We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Endpoint Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Intune. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting endpoint management solutions across customers of different sizes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Endpoint Management Solutions : Develop and deploy strategies for endpoint management using MDT, SCCM, and Intune.
- Application Packaging and Distribution : Create and distribute application packages, ensuring compatibility and compliance with organizational standards.
- Patching and Updates : Manage patching cycles for all endpoints, ensuring systems are up-to-date and secure.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) : Implement and manage MDM solutions to secure and manage mobile devices within the organization.
- Troubleshooting and Support : Provide advanced troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues and support end-users and IT staff in resolving complex problems.
- Documentation and Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures and provide training to IT staff and end-users.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience : Proven experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Intune.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of application packaging and distribution, patching cycles, and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide leadership when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education : A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications : Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Microsoft 365 Workloads: Experience with other Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Azure: Experience with Azure services and solutions.
