Your Moneris Career - The OpportunityThis position is related to a need in the repair shop and involves the following tasks: complex repairs, staging / coaching repairs for new customer products. Participate in the search for substitute technical components (same specs). Perform expert appraisals on problematic devices.
Location : You will work from our Montreal office in an onsite work mode.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Team Lead, Technical Repair Centre POS Repair Centre.

- Degree in electronics required or equivalent work experience may be considered as a substitution.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of computer systems and related software (Email, Word, Excel, Teams)

- Fluency in French and English (read, written and spoken).

- Ability to verbalize technical information.
