PROPERTY & CASUALTY - UNDERWRITER / SENIOR UNDERWRITER –

TORONTO Downtown
Hybrid work arrangement 2 days in office
Specifically, the successful applicant will be responsiblefor both marketing and underwriting our property and casualty line of business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop new business through networking/marketing with brokers, clients, consultants, lawyers and represent the company at various industry related functions
Self-motivation and entrepreneurial outlook with solid interpersonal skills and an ability to work within a team environment
Representing our Property & Casualty team across Canada with a centralized underwriting approach
Managing and building a portfolio of property and casualty accounts
Minimum 3+ years of experience within property and casualty
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in business, communication, marketing, or insurance preferred
Bilingual in French and English an asset
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
