Royal York Property Management is scaling its outbound sales division and is seeking seasoned professionals with a proven track record. With over 25,000 properties under management and 21 physical offices across Ontario, we're building a team of closers who are driven, tactical, and ready to dominate in a high-performance environment.

10+ years of total sales experience in high-pressure, performance-driven environments
~5+ years of in-person sales experience , either B2B or B2C
~ Proven ability to manage a full sales pipeline, handle objections, and secure high-value contracts
~ Comfortable working in both phone-heavy and in-person client-facing roles
~ Investment Sales (Mutual Funds, RRSPs, Financial Products)
Financial Advisors or Wealth Managers with phone sales experience
Licensed Real Estate Agents or Mortgage Brokers
High-performing B2B or B2C closers with experience managing large portfolios or accounts

Handle a consistent flow of warm inbound leads – our sales team receives over 250 inbound calls per day
Close clients on full-service property management solutions over the phone and in person
Meet with clients when requested, either at our Toronto headquarters or one of our 21 office locations across Ontario
Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and detailed follow-up strategy
Represent Royal York professionally in all communications, both virtual and in-person
Event Representation & B2B Sales Opportunities
These events are critical to our growth strategy and offer high-level B2B sales opportunities.

Attend conferences, trade shows, and expos across Ontario (all travel expenses covered)
Conduct in-person B2B sales with developers, brokerages, landlords, and real estate investors
Network and build lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders
Act as a brand ambassador and front-line sales executive in a professional, face-to-face setting

Access to a high volume of quality leads – both inbound and outbound
