️ This role is responsible for the execution of fractional ED services work for Redstone clients. Services include board of director support, certification and accreditation, committee administration, database transitions, meeting management, membership services (retention and acquisition), project management, sponsorship programs, and more. In collaboration with the Client Team and key partners, this role executes critical tasks that advance the organization’s operations, service offerings, and contributes to community engagement and awareness.

Strategic & Executive Director Services

Assist in the development and implementation of ongoing member engagement and growth strategies, supporting membership registration drives and coordinating delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Support the strategic planning process with the board.
Act as the Executive Director on client accounts, providing advisory services.
Handle complex boards and/or a complex project portfolio.
Providing direction to junior staff and assigning client-specific projects internally.
Advocate for clients by collaborating and communicating with client teams across Redstone’s departments to ensure projects are running smoothly and effectively.
Support volunteer committees and Boards of Directors on various projects and build trusting relationships, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
Support the events team with onsite event execution during high volume periods.
Administration

Manage the daily inquiries via multiple email inboxes, phone lines, and during meetings for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Provide board and committee meeting support, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Maintain up-to-date databases (sponsorship, attendee, membership, etc.).
Manage membership communications such as announcements, email campaigns, e-newsletters, and website updates.
As this role involves frequent on-site events and board meetings that occur outside of traditional business hours, the successful incumbent must be local to the Greater Toronto Area and must be flexible. You have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business, Communications, Event Management, Not-for-profit Management, or a related field.
You have 3-5+ years of experience as a not-for-profit executive director, or similar.

You are bilingual in English / French.
