As a Analyst, Underwriting Documentation, you will be accountable for making decisions about the readiness of Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) lending documents from a financial analysis and policy compliance perspective. You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis.
Analysis – Analyze unstructured financial information to ensure it meets CIBC lending policy requirements and supports a holistic credit decision and route applications for next stage of adjudication. You have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
