Votre rôle consiste à mettre en œuvre les outils et process destinés à rendre le projet performant :
- Participer à la création et à la mise à jour de plannings au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires ;
- Apporter des solutions simples à des problématiques complexe

En tant que Project Planning Manager vous accompagnerez les Directions Générales et Direction de Projet de grands groupes industriels mondiaux dans la mise en œuvre d’organisation et de pratiques de planification visant à améliorer la performance de projets d’envergure (de 1M$ à 10B$).
Vous interviendrez sur des missions de :
- Mise en projet et redressement de performance : diagnostique, mise en place et amélioration de pratiques de gestion de projet (ex. co-planning, gestion du flux de trésorerie et des ressources), gestion de crise (ex. gestion des interfaces et communications, redéfinition du référentiel, animation salle de crise).
- Transformation d’organisation : conduite de changement (ex. Définition d’organisation projet/portefeuille, digitalisation, jalons de maturité), gestion de la performance (ex. processus de décision, S&OP, réduction de temps de développement), déploiement de méthodes (ex. Agile, valeur acquise, etc.).
- Prise en charge de postes clés : direction de programme / projet, PMO, chef de projet, planificateur principal, etc.
Compétences Recherchées :
- Vous avez minimum 6 années d’expérience dans la planification de projet
- Bilingue (Français / Anglais)
- Le planning et le pilotage des coûts et des délais ne sont plus un secret pour vous, votre aisance vous permet d'animer les réunions d'avancement avec succès et les KPI sont vos meilleurs repères.
- Une maîtrise (+5ans d’expérience) d’un des outils de planification (Primavera, MS Project, Planisware) est nécessaire pour cette prise de fonction.
- Vous possédez une expérience minimum de 6 années dans un environnement industriel (ferroviaire, défense, aéronautique, énergie…).
- Vos qualités relationnelles sont reconnues par l’ensemble de vos collaborateurs.
