As a compassionate and skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring convenient and efficient blood draw services for our clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This role involves traveling to patients' homes or designated locations to perform blood draws for lab testing, and transporting blood samples. 

Professionally greet and introduce yourself to patients, explaining the blood draw procedure in a clear and calming manner.
Follow all designated and established blood draw protocols.
Ensure a clean and sterile work environment, following all infection control guidelines.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records related to blood draw procedures.
Communicate effectively with laboratory personnel and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Certified Phlebotomist with a valid license from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Professionals (CSMLT) or a recognized equivalent.
Minimum of 3 year of experience in a clinical setting or mobile phlebotomy service.
Reliable and dependable with a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle for travel to appointments within the GTA.
Flexible schedule (on call) to be booked by clients
