We value people, passion, honesty, respect, and integrity.About the role:We are seeking a passionate, driven Operations Lead to support our growth in some new projects for notable clients. This person is an organized, efficient, strong communicator who can help ensure our field sales teams are set up for success.CONTRACT: 6-12 months. What you’re responsible for:Operational Processes:Create and document operational processes to run the programs efficientlyCollaborate with internal departments to solve operational issues or inefficienciesTime & Payroll Compliance:Ensure timecards are completed accurately and on time for payroll processingReview labour management KPIs to keep programs on budget and compliantCRM Lead Management:Support field sales efforts by loading & distributing leadsKeep oversight on lead provisioning and report to field leadership on execution levelsManage user access to keep systems secureVendor Relationships:Work with established vendors to supply required services and materials for program execution as neededSource and recommend new vendors to fill needs as requiredCoordinate shipment of supplies to field teamsReporting:Generate reports for internal stakeholders and clients as needed for sales, labour and other KPIsCompliance and Standards:Support the field sales leaders and Operations department to execute our programs in accordance with our SOPs and standardsTo be successful and join our team:Post-secondary degree in Business, or a related fieldAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in different forms and with different audiencesProblem-solving, negotiation, and project management skillsAbility to establish and build effective relationshipsAbility to analyze and interpret data using spreadsheets and data visualization softwareHonesty, high integrity, personal accountability, and a passion for the success of the brand, the team, and personal career growthWhat we offer:Competitive base salaryTraining and development opportunities to grow your careerNamed one of Canada’s Best Managed CompaniesA supportive workplace culture and work environmentEmployee development programsIf this sounds like you and you are excited to be a member of our team, please apply now.We thank all interested applicants; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
