Tasks:
  1. Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings
  2. Participate in field surveys, inspections or technical investigations
  3. Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates
  4. Prepare engineering designs and drawings
  5. Prepare project schedules
  6. Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations and testing of construction materials
Supervision:

3-4 people

Computer and technology knowledge:

AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Word

Type of industry experience:

Mines and quarries, Civil engineering experience, Buildings and structures, Power plant, Drainage and irrigation system, Roads and highways, Sewers and sewage treatment facilities, Water control system and structures, Airport, Bridges and overpasses

Area of specialization:

Construction design and supervision, Highways and transportation, Geotechnical, Land planning and development, Transportation/travel information
