We currently have an opening for an JuniorElectrical Technologist in our Whitehorse office. Your responsibilities will include design and drafting of electrical, instrumentation and controlfor a variety of municipal, commercial, and industrial projects. Diploma in engineering technology from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Minimum of 1+ years of progressive experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
• Experience preparing Revit/AutoCAD drawings for electrical systems including layouts, schematics, details and specifications pertaining to electrical system design.
• Proficiency with latest versions of AutoCAD.
• Experience working for a consulting engineering firm is an asset, including multi-discipline design compliance with drafting standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Some experience with spreadsheets and other software tools for electrical design and sizing is an asset.
•Valid Driver's License (required)
