How we do it?
We manage the content creation / organic presence of e-com brands on TikTok

Your responsibilities:
Handle and optimize the day to day operations
Manage the teams that handle clients
Grow our team with A-star talents
This job is for you if:
You have experience in scaling agencies from 7 to 8 figures
You have experience in social media marketing (organic + influencers + ads)
You have experience with e-commerce
You have experience with high ticket offers
You have experience in managing growing teams
You can think rationally through problems and decision making
You are solutions orientated and proactive in problem solving

You are attentive to details
You are results driven, competitive and embrace challenges
You are organised, efficient and flexible
You are good with numbers
