Job Summary:

The Communication Senior Analyst will oversee the creation and implementation of content for complex communication programs. This role is responsible for content creation and management, communications planning, platform management, stakeholder communication, project management, and reporting.

The position is a 12-month contract, hybrid location with 2 days per week in-office.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Experience in content creation targeting key audiences and copyediting

- Strong ability to develop compelling storylines and communication materials

- Proficiency in analyzing information to create captivating presentations and materials

- Skills in managing and updating various communication platforms

- Ability to track and manage communications plans

- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships across departments

- Proficient in project management, including coordinating and monitoring projects from start to completion

- Strong analytical skills for designing and producing management reports on relevant metrics

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

- Experience in advising on new content-related technologies

- Previous experience in a similar role or industry

- Knowledge of survey data analysis and its application to business themes
