About us :

CNCmarket.ca is a young and ambitious company specializing in high-quality German-designed CNC coolants/oils and exceptional coolant services. We have a solid product and excellent references from our existing customers, and we are on the path to significant growth.

· Annual salary: $50,000 + attractive monthly sales bonuses.

· Direct Reporting: Work closely with the founders and have a direct impact on the company's growth.

Key responsibilities :

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.

· Provide technical support and guidance to customers, leveraging your industry knowledge.

· Work closely with the founders to develop and implement sales strategies.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving the company's growth.

What We're Looking For:

· Location: Must be based in Calgary, Alberta.

· Industry experience: Preferably from the CNC metallworking or related industries.

· Technical background: Education or experience in a CNC metallworking field is a plus.

· Eagerness to learn: We are open to candidates without sales experience, including recent graduates or those just starting their careers.

· Communication skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

· Growth Mindset: Ambitious and eager to grow with a young, promising company.
