Title: Client Manager (i.e. Business Development / Account Manager / Representative / Executive)

Overview: TEEMA continues to grow organically. We are always on the hunt for established and top performing sales and relationship managers with Staffing & Recruitment services experience. Our current team of >250 Members across North America serve >1,000 active Clients across 8 Staffing Verticals in Contract, Temporary, Interim and Full-time positions.

Things you NEED to bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Recruitment Agency environment, ideally 8+ years recruiting.

It would be GREAT if you had experience:

  • Making micro business decisions continuously throughout a day
  • Servicing small employers directly and large employers with a Program Manager or MSP
  • With Staff Augmentation / Contract and Permanent Direct Hire
  • On both sides of the recruitment desk (Sales & Delivery)
  • In a Commissioned environment (ideally 100%)
  • Being self-directed day-to-day
  • Working from home 100%
