With additional bases in Manitoba and Southern Ontario, we provide private, corporate, and medevac flight services as far north as the Arctic Circle and as far south as the Equator. All of us provide the highest level of safety, comfort, and care to our passengers – every flight.
Salary: $23 – $27 per hour based on approximately 40 hours per week. Start rate will be commensurate with education and experience. Extended health, vision, dental care, life, and long-term disability insurance
● Group Retirement Savings Plan
● Update and maintain monthly training and flight schedule, along with SOCC and Flight Department.
· Manage all incoming requests from crew in terms of schedule, training, relocation, etc.
· Manage and coordinate with SOCC on travel, accommodation, vehicle, and logistics for crews.
· Assist in performance review coordination & career progression planning as required.
· Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent work experience required.
· Education in human resources or aviation management or comparable experience, considered an asset.
· Previous aviation industry experience and familiarity with the Canadian Aviation Regulations are significant assets, but training is available.
· Must be flexible and able to work overtime as necessary.
· Planning, co-ordination and excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent knowledge of digital software systems
· Strategic planning skills
· Strong time management and planning skills
