We are looking for a talented and customerfocused Automotive Dealer to join our clients team and continue their commitment to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Vehicle Sales: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that match their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate on the latest automotive models features and technology.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms of vehicle sales and associated services.
  • Documentation: Complete accurate and comprehensive documentation for vehicle transactions.
  • Financial Services: Offer financing and insurance options to customers explaining terms and benefits.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Market Research: Keep informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other dealership staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all dealership and regulatory policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive products features and technology.
  • Customerfocused mindset and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
  • Knowledge of financing and insurance options for automotive sales.
  • A valid drivers license.
