Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient transportation and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Utilize logistics software to optimize procedures
  • Oversee the shipping, receiving, and warehousing processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies in shipping or receiving
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to meet requirements
  • Track the quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Ensure the efficient use of transport resources

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in logistics software (e.g., ERP)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements
  • Problem-solving aptitude
