Altis Recruitment is seeking an Instructional Design & Content Specialist to join our client, a crown corporation on a 6-month contract. . The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and managing instructional materials and training programs tailored to a technical environment.
Instructional Design and Content Development:

Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including lesson plans, eLearning courses, and job aids.
Translate technical information into accessible content for adult learners, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), supervisors, and stakeholders to gather information and align project objectives.
Maintain organized project documentation and communication channels to facilitate collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:

Build strong relationships with SMEs, supervisors, contractors, and team members to support collaborative efforts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field.
~2-3 years of experience in instructional design and content development, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
~ Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 (specifically Rise), and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint).
~ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
~ Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for enhancing learning experiences through dynamic teaching methods.
