As the Supervisor for Bombardier Training Services, you will define and execute training initiatives aligned with entry into service objectives. Your role includes managing comprehensive training programs, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and ensuring high-quality delivery through effective project management practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic operational evaluation plans for training
- Ensure timely delivery of training programs with ATPs
- Obtain necessary approvals from regulatory authorities
- Oversee quality and budget of training projects
- Incorporate configuration changes into training materials effectively
- Degree in engineering or management, or 7+ years of training experience
- Knowledge of regulatory environments in aviation
- Proficiency in instructional design and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of aircraft training systems and infrastructure
