What can be your next challenge?

Reporting to the ISS Team Lead, the Information Security Specialist will play a key role in protecting the organization's digital assets by implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security solutions using Microsoft Sentinel. This individual will be responsible for threat detection, response, and investigation to ensure the safety and integrity of IT systems and data. The role involves configuring, tuning, and managing Sentinel for optimal performance in detecting and mitigating cybersecurity threats

Here’s an overview of your main responsibilities:

  • Serve as a deeply skilled and knowledgeable resource within the Microsoft Sentinel SIEM and Defender technology area.
  • Optimize, and maintain KQL queries, custom detection rules, automation rules, and workbooks for effective security monitoring and reporting.
  • Continuously improve threat detection capabilities, tune analytics rules based on emerging threat patterns.
  • Work with the SOC team to respond, investigate, and mitigate security threats within client’s environment, ensuring timely and effective remediation.
  • Assist with automation playbooks and response workflows to streamline security operations and incident management.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure Sentinel is properly configured and deployed, while keeping team members and management updated on work status, issues, and risks.

We would like to meet you if you have:

  • Diploma in cybersecurity, or a computer science or any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with operational security, including security operations center, SOAR and SIEM platforms.
  • The certifications SC-200 and AZ-500 or similar working experience is mandatory.
  • You MUST be bilingual French and English to communicate with customers.
  • Knowledge in deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Sentinel in an enterprise environment.

Sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe des spécialistes en sécurité de l'information, le/la spécialiste jouera un rôle clé dans la protection des actifs numériques de l'organisation en mettant en œuvre, en surveillant et en maintenant des solutions de sécurité à l'aide de Microsoft Sentinel. Le rôle consiste à configurer, régler et gérer Sentinel pour obtenir des performances optimales dans la détection et l'atténuation des menaces de cybersécurité.

Responsabilités-clés:

  • Servir de ressource hautement qualifiée et bien informée dans le domaine de la technologie Microsoft Sentinel SIEM et Defender.
  • Optimiser et maintenir les requêtes KQL, les règles de détection personnalisées, les règles d'automatisation et les classeurs pour une surveillance et un reporting efficaces de la sécurité.
  • Améliorer en permanence les capacités de détection des menaces, ajuster les règles d'analyse en fonction des modèles de menaces émergents.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe SOC pour répondre, enquêter et atténuer les menaces de sécurité dans l'environnement du client, en assurant une remédiation rapide et efficace.
  • Vous êtes en charge de l'automatisation des playbooks et des workflows de réponse afin de rationaliser les opérations de sécurité et la gestion des incidents.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles pour s'assurer que Sentinel est correctement configuré et déployé, tout en tenant les membres de l'équipe et la direction informés de l'état d'avancement des travaux, des problèmes et des risques.

  • Diplôme en cybersécurité, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 3+ ans d'expérience en sécurité opérationnelle, y compris le centre d'opérations de sécurité, SOAR et les plates-formes SIEM.
  • Les certifications SC-200 et AZ-500 ou une expérience professionnelle similaire sont obligatoires.
  • Bilinguisme obligatoire (français et anglais) pour communiquer avec les clients.
