As an **Business Information Security Officer (BISO)** you will be responsible for aligning the information security strategy with the strategy and context of the business line that will be assigned to you.

You will adapt the elements of the information security strategy and enterprise architecture with business priorities and IT delivery needs in order to anticipate bottlenecks, in order to facilitate the achievement of the Bank's business objectives.

**Your Job**:

- ** Deep understanding of technology and cybersecurity **:Collaborate with teams to balance security requirements with strategic business goals.
- ** Collaboration with various teams**:Participate in technical exchanges with multifunctional teams such as risk management, incident management, vulnerability management, and security awareness programs to effectively lead and implement the organization’s cybersecurity strategy.
- ** Presentation of risks and progress**:Convincingly present and explain cybersecurity risks as well as progress reports to business sector leaders using advanced metrics and analyses.
- ** Facilitating decision-making**: Facilitate and support strategic decision-making by considering security threats and risks, to provide informed advice based on a thorough analysis of the threat landscape.
- ** Communication Skills**: Simplify complex technical concepts for an executive audience and influence high-level decisions.
- ** Partnerships with business units **:Leverage your demonstrated experience in establishing partnerships with business units and their leaders to understand their objectives, identify security risks, and develop strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals.
- ** Implementation of cybersecurity standards**: Assist in the design and implementation of cybersecurity standards tailored to each business line, proposing innovative solutions that meet business needs while adhering to security requirements, based on extensive experience in the field.
- ** Strategy Development and Execution**:Play a key role in developing the cross-organizational strategy for cybersecurity, bringing strategic expertise and a global vision. Work closely with leaders to influence and guide strategic decisions, ensuring rigorous execution aligned with organizational long-term objectives.

**Basic requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in the field
- Significant and relevant experience in information technology (5-10 years)
- Experience in a senior role directly related to cybersecurity (5-10 years)
- Excellent demonstrated leadership and influence skills, as well as communication and synthesis abilities
- Sharp political acumen and strong skills in building and maintaining business relationships
