Senior Project Manager | Calgary | Multifamily | 4-6 storey wood frame projects

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for wood frame construction? Our client, a leading multi-family builder specializing in 4-6 storey apartment developments, is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team in Calgary . In return for a highly competitive compensation package, the successful candidate will possess the following:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Previous Multi-Family wood frame experience is a must.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to handover.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Play an integral role in shaping the operations and culture of the projects team.
  • Risk Management – identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure project success.
  • Budget oversight – monitor project budgets, track expenses, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure project milestones are met according to the established timelines.
