This is a 6-month contract role focused on driving efficiency, reducing costs, and creating a hyperconnected business through the management of projects on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform. As the Senior Project Manager, you will:
Manage projects on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, focusing on D365 CRM and related modules.
Collaborate with Microsoft and integration teams to ensure smooth project execution.
actual reporting and provide accurate forecast estimations to the Project Management Office and Finance Department.
Facilitate project scoping workshops and change management meetings.
Create comprehensive documentation to effectively communicate technical information from teams to executive level.
Resolve conflicts and negotiate priorities among project stakeholders and team members.
Work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to evolving project needs.
Ensure legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Proven experience managing projects on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, specifically in D365 CRM and related modules.
Familiarity with D365 Customer Service, Contact Centre - voice and telephony, digital engagement, self-service IVR and chatbots, intelligent routing, queue/channels management
Functional consulting experience in one or more core functional modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Projects, Production, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
Strong skills in budget management, MS Visio, and excellent communication (oral and written).
Facilitation abilities for scoping workshops and change management meetings.
