Tasks
  1. Plan and control budget and expenditures
  2. Manage contracts
  3. Initiate enforcement procedures to fine or close an establishment
  4. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  5. Oversee development of communication strategies
  6. Develop and implement health and safety plans
  7. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  8. Oversee the preparation of reports
  9. Advise senior management
  10. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  11. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
  12. Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  13. Oversee payroll administration
  14. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  15. Recruit and hire staff
  16. Conduct performance reviews
  17. Occupational health and safety
  18. Security and safety
  19. Criminal record check
