Required Skills:

- Proven experience as an IAM Solution Architect or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices

- Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similar

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IAM

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions

- Relevant certifications (e.G., CISSP, CISM, IAM certifications) are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define IAM architecture and roadmap based on business requirements and security standards

- Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including access management, identity governance, and multi factor authentication

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IAM strategies that align with organizational goals

- Conduct assessments of current IAM systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

- Provide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices, technologies, and industry trends

- Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions

- Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM related matters and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
