Our client is a rapidly growing international manufacturer and leader in their industry. Their people play a pivotal role in shaping their business and their customer-focused culture encourages an ownership mindset, continuous improvement and career development.
They are seeking a Global ERP Manager to lead ERP software integration and enhancements and optimize business processes across a rapidly growing organization.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented technology leader and strategist with extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, and specific experience with QAD EE, SAP, Dynamics, Infor CSI, and cloud-based ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have led large-scale ERP implementations and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
ERP Performance & Reporting
Lead the enhancements and optimization processes of the QAD system, working closely with project teams, vendors and stakeholders
Develop project plans, timelines and budgets to maintain ERP System.
Attain deep knowledge of ERP modules, database structure and points of integration with other applications
Establish and enforce system governance policies, security protocols, and data integrity standards.
Oversee the management and integrity of data within the ERP system, including data entry, validation, cleansing, and archiving.
End User Training & Support
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and implementing system upgrades and patches
Create ERP application support model for all users across the organization.
Vendor/Stakeholder Management
Work closely with business stakeholders & BA Team to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations and customizations.
Stay informed about updates, enhancements, and new features offered by ERP, evaluating their potential impact on the organization (managing updates, testing and promote to production)
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Monitor staff progress against goals, establish priorities and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure alignment of individual objectives with broader corporate objectives. Manage, mentor and develop leaders using a supportive and collaborative approach.
Bachelor's (4-year) degree in computer science, engineering, networking related technologies, or a similar field. Experience with QAD EE, SAP, Dynamics, Infor CSI, cloud-based ERP systems
~ Project Management Skills (PMP Certified) preferred
~ Ideal candidate will have led a large scale ERP implementation.
