Altis Recruitment is seeking a Bilingual Project Manager for our client in the Non-Profit industry. The Bilingual Project Manager will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects that will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to define requirements, propose innovative approaches, and deliver high-quality products to French-speaking school audiences. This role is remote in Ottawa or Toronto.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an 11-week contract with high possibility of being extended till August 31st, 2024.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource person for clientele and interdepartmental collaborations.
  • Define client needs and assess technical feasibility of projects.
  • Analyze project risks and develop implementation plans.
  • Manage agreements and relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Ensure smooth progress of projects and compliance with work processes.
  • Produce progress reports, organize evaluations, and propose new project ideas.
  • Organize weekly technological and competitive monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum five years' project management experience, including digital resource development.
  • Excellent French communication skills.
  • Experience managing at least three publishing, multimedia, or educational resource projects.
  • Strong project management, budget tracking, and team management abilities.
  • Adequate workspace and residential Internet connection.
