Job Description

We are currently looking for a Business Administrator to join the Fulcra team. The successful candidate will be involved in most facets of Fulcra’s business. This would involve assisting senior management in the areas of administration, marketing, clients/business development, research, and compliance.

Potential candidates could be currently working in the financial sector and be looking for a more entrepreneurial opportunity or be working as a business administrator at a company in another industry.

Key Responsibilities

Specifically, duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Support business development and assist with other communication-related tasks.
  • Work on portfolio risk and performance attribution analysis for investment management and client communication
  • Update company website and help design/produce client presentation materials.
  • Help organize and prepare for client meetings and events.
  • Bookkeeping and office administrative duties.
  • Undertake projects in compliance, office administration and business development.
  • Help streamline and improve the firm’s organizational and operational processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess a professional attitude with exceptional communications skills.
  • Mature and can take responsibility.
  • Works well independently and in a fluid entrepreneurial environment
