Job OverviewWe are looking for a Research Assistant that will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing information from various online sources and academic journals to support surveying the competitive landscape of our industry on several different levels. Your ability to navigate the digital landscape effectively, discern credible sources, and present findings will be essential in assisting our team in staying informed, competitive, and innovative. This job will be located in Toronto with a physical office and an expectation of majority time spent in the office interfacing with our team.Key ResponsibilitiesSurvey various scientific articles, databases, news outlets, and other sources for online trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Conduct in-depth internet research on a wide range of topics, industries, and markets to provide accurate and relevant information to support strategic initiatives.
