Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing production team to drive operational success.
  • Production Throughput: Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Maintenance & Facility Management: Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and infrastructure are operating at peak performance.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health & safety regulations, food industry standards, and environmental policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive operational scalability as the company expands, identifying areas for technological advancement and automation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Plant Manager or Senior Production Leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams .
  • Hands-on leader with a proactive and problem-solving mindset .
  • Deep knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies .
  • Experience managing maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A track record of delivering operational efficiency and driving change .
