We are looking for a Permanent Full-time, Certified Vocational Professional to work based out of Skymark, Head office, Mississauga. This position is hybrid remote.

Provide vocational rehabilitation services to adults who have sustained injuries or illnesses and are challenged by employment barriers.
Complete Transferable Skills analysis and Labour Market Evaluations.
Responsible for the formulation of a comprehensive report detailing evaluation/service results and recommendations for further rehabilitation and/or career planning services as necessary.
Client monitoring and reporting; Managing the caseload so that individuals receive the appropriate level of support in the early stages of employment and / or training.
Formulate sound vocational action plans, having regard for all reviewed medical documentation, and intellectual and socioeconomic factors.

Secondary Education, training and/or experience in Vocational Rehabilitation.
Experience working in Vocational Rehabilitation with people with disabilities.
Knowledge of the progression of injury, disability, and rehabilitation.
Ability to gather and evaluate data and make sound recommendations.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office software.
Technical aptitude
Ability to work with and communicate as a liaison between medical professionals, case managers, and other service providers.
A vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
