*Job Posting for LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse*

We are looking for a LPN that is motivated and professional, to assist our individuals in care on their daily care and activity needs.

The position requires Union BCGEU membership. Integrated Licensed Practical Nurse and Program Coordinator 2- 14, JJEP Wage grid

*Permanent Position - 32-40 hours per week*, as discussed upon hiring

*Minimum Qualifications:*

-Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma

-Valid BCCNP registration license

-Valid First Aid certificate and CPR training

- At least one year related experience as a LPN

- Covid 19 immunization

*Required minimum abilities*

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team members, peers, and in reporting relationships.

-Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and develop positive relationships with Managers, individuals and their families

- Commitment to the principles of person-centered services, self-determination, community inclusion, and individual rights

-Excellent organization, time, and general nursing skills

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Ability to coach and mentor Managers and staff in the provision of high-quality care and any delegation of tasks.

- Demonstrated ability to perform under scope of practice for LPNs

-Demonstrated understanding of and adherence to company policies and procedures, Licensing requirements, CLBC policies and practices and accreditation standards
