Senior Business Analyst, Replenishment & Supply Chain | Montreal, QC | Retail | Salary based on experience
Hays is proud to partner with a major Canadian retailer that is looking to recruit for the role of Demand Planner to join their team. As the Senior Replenishment Process Analyst will advise on optimizing inventory replenishment processes. The Analyst will bring a wealth of expertise in supply chain management, coupled with a keen analytical mindset, to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing replenishment processes, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and order replenishment;
Analyze data and metrics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the replenishment cycle;
Evaluate current technology and systems utilized in the replenishment process and assess their effectiveness in meeting organizational needs;
Develop tailored replenishment strategies and solutions based on the specific needs and challenges of the organization and recommend process improvements, automation tools, and technologies to streamline replenishment workflows and enhance efficiency;
Develop change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new replenishment processes and technologies within the organization and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the benefits of proposed changes and address any concerns or resistance to change;
Oversee the implementation of recommended solutions, ensuring proper training, documentation, and support for stakeholders;
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented replenishment processes;
Monitor performance metrics and analyze results to identify opportunities for further optimization and continuous improvement;
Bachelors degree,
~ Experience in optimizing supply chain management, inventory replenishment, or process improvement, continuous improvement/process improvement experience,
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations; Advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with SAP
~ Bilingual (English & French)
