Families, owners, and managers engage the practice to navigate the challenges of leadership, succession, and governance across generations. The Family Business Advisory Practice executes a mixture of executive search and advisory projects for small to large-scale family-owned businesses across industries and stages of development. The practice provides two categories of service offerings; those tailored to the operating company (e.g., Executive Search, CEO Succession, etc.) as well as those tailored to a family (e.g., Family Gravity, Next Generation Development etc.). With a large percentage of North American businesses being family-owned or controlled, Egon Zehnder’s Family Business Advisory Practice is steadily growing and provides the opportunity to make a deep and personal impact on clients.
