Extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation programs Excel in program management and possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of implementation Adept at preparing strategic roadmaps for implementation and building interdependent teams Collaborate across functional and operational groups to maximize stakeholder value Enhance team performance, recognize and reward achievements, coach employees, support their development, and manage underperformance Skilled at analyzing issues and recommending solutions that align with business objectives Stay informed about emerging trends to guide decision-making and effectively manage resources to achieve strategic goals Provide valuable insights and recommendations by breaking down complex problems and analyzing data Lead the execution of operational programs, adapting as necessary to ensure quality outcomes Hands-on expertise in functional and technical troubleshooting, combined with a solid understanding of IT operations processes Well-versed in support and operations practices, concepts, and technologies, with formal training and extensive work experience Successfully led small teams with a blend of education, experience, and industry knowledge ITIL Foundation certification, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, strong influence skills, and a focus on cross-group collaboration Committed to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
