Your new role:

  1. Serve as the key point of contact on HR data management and analysis in the HR projects team.
  2. Collaborate across the HR PMO, HR Reporting, Cost Accounting, and other key Corporate Function stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.
  3. Identify, collect, and validate HR and cost data from various sources.
  4. Apply data quality governance standards to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  5. Use appropriate tools and techniques to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
  6. Prepare and deliver data analysis reports and presentations, using charts, graphs, tables, and dashboards.

What you need to succeed:

  • 6+ years of experience in the field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and data management
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, benchmarks, and best practices preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
