Diriger et coordonner les activités afin d'atteindre les objectifs dequalité et deconformité des réparations effectuées par les fournisseurs, dans le respect des politiques et dans l'application des normes et procédures d'Intact.
Assurer la formation et le soutien technique de ses employés en se tenant à jour continuellement sur les logiciels et les techniques utilisés.
Faire les contrôles de la qualité des estimations produites par l'ensemble des estimateurs internes et carrossiers en s'assurant du respect des politiques et de l'application des normes et procédures, y compris celles concernant le service à la clientèle.
Participer à différents comités existants dans le domaine de l'estimation et être au fait des techniques de l'industrie.

Diplôme d'étude collégiale ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience
~3 à 5 années d'expérience en gestion, un atout
~ Connaissances du processus d'estimationet des logiciels d'estimation
~ Bon esprit d’analyse, de synthèse et de décision
~ Habileté de gestion de projets et de gestion duchangement
~ Bilingue (français et anglais)] Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays
