National Training and Operations Manager

Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience leading a Training or Learning and Development function, ideally in the food service, hospitality, or franchise industry.
- 5+ years’ managerial experience leading a small, remote team.
- Degree with concentration in HR or Business Management.
- Proven experience with designing and implementing training programs in a franchise, retail, or QSR operations environment.
- Ability to design and implement successful and effective training and development programs and activities in various forms.
- Effective communications skills (verbal, written, presentations) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Computer literacy , including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Experience dealing with third parties, consultants, and training specialists.
- Proven ability to implement and manage budgets.
- Knowledge of training contracts and relevant legislation.
- Technology savvy and experience in being a system super user and trainer.
- A good tolerance for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities; Occasional travel may be required.
