Requirements

  1. 5+ years of work experience leading a Training or Learning and Development function, ideally in the food service, hospitality, or franchise industry.
  2. 5+ years’ managerial experience leading a small, remote team.
  3. Degree with concentration in HR or Business Management.
  4. Proven experience with designing and implementing training programs in a franchise, retail, or QSR operations environment.
  5. Ability to design and implement successful and effective training and development programs and activities in various forms.
  6. Effective communications skills (verbal, written, presentations) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  7. Computer literacy , including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  8. Experience dealing with third parties, consultants, and training specialists.
  9. Proven ability to implement and manage budgets.
  10. Knowledge of training contracts and relevant legislation.
  11. Technology savvy and experience in being a system super user and trainer.
  12. A good tolerance for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities; Occasional travel may be required.
