The Commercialization Project Manager works cross-functionally across the organization, ensuring we plan, deliver and communicate effectively and efficiently to launch more great quality products - faster. In this challenging and satisfying role. What you will be doing:Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage product launches and product and packaging changesLaunch plans, including timelines and dependencies for new items/changes by country and by platformSet up and facilitate meetings at key checkpoints in the product launch process, including tracking post launch; facilitate completion of presentation template for each stage, working with appropriate teamsUnderstand overall product vision and plan to prepare for growth in pipelineOwn and manage roadmap for new product launches for your categoriesEnsure cross functional understanding of the commercialization roadmap and timing for each channel, country, and platform launchesPrepare, gather and share product information with relevant teams including:Coordinate development timeline for key assets for launch with marketing, channel advisor, product, and supply chain teams, leveraging project management tools:Ensure critical check point documentation is complete and up to date (concept, product scope, marketing, channel, and creative briefs, new supplier contracts, etc.)Ensure Channel/Marketing teams are aware of mandatory product information and have received relevant product information such as: images, production information, and web content is up to dateFacilitate generation of sales samples and promotional items as requiredDevelop project plan, track progress and follow up as appropriate for each product - managing risks along the wayOnce potential new marketplaces have been identified for products:Country/marketplace analysis including competitor research, pricing and make a go/no go recommendationIf go forward: trademark brand name(s) in new countriesRegulatory affairs - ensure our products are compliant across different countries/ jurisdictions - receiving advice and guidance from RA experts then collaboratively with PDMs/QA teams make recommendations to senior management to make final decisionsEnsure localization of product packaging and marketing copy for new marketplace including regulation, compliance and certifications where applicable What we are looking for:A minimum of 8 years’ experience in relevant project management, ideally in CPG, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical or food industriesA passion for wellness and health products would be an assetSuperior project and time management skills that enable you to successfully own the end to end product management chain and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - you will be communicating frequently with our partners and your colleagues across the organizationExceptional problem-solving skills - you thrive in figuring out how to work around obstacles and coming up with workable solutions to meet tight deadlinesYou love managing projects and keeping track of all of the details; you have experience working with project management software (Asana experience would be an asset) you are comfortable working with numbersYou are highly energetic and very adaptable to changeUndergraduate degree in business or engineering preferred; certificate in project management an asset
