We are seeking a talented Maintenance Lead Hand to join our Maintenance team and contribute to our success story. As the largest architectural glass fabricator in the Pacific Northwest, we're dedicated to pushing boundaries and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of mechanics to maximize equipment uptime
  • Foster strong relationships across all work groups
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on plant mechanical systems and equipment
  • Expertly troubleshoot breakdowns and conduct Root Cause Fault Analyses
  • Maintain accurate logs and provide regular updates
  • Ensure a positive work environment and promote safety, legality, and quality

Qualifications:

  • Valid Millwright or Electrical license required; Red Seal would be considered an asset.
  • Experience managing a team of technicians
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow equipment schematics
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and Root Cause Analysis preparation

Note: This position offers afternoon shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
