As a Quality Systems Specialist at GlobalVision, you will be an integral part of maintaining the quality and security posture of our organization. You'll collaborate closely with diverse teams across the organization, including HR, Operations, Infrastructure, and Product to ensure that every aspect of our operations are secure. In this role, you'll take charge of managing projects and documentation across departments, actively engaging with stakeholders to drive success. A key initiative you'll contribute to will be maintaining our ISO 27001 Certification. The Day-to-Day
  • Implement and Maintain Audit management/Compliance Readiness tool.
  • Refine and Maintain Quality, Information Security, and Data Privacy policies, standards, and other technical documents with industry best practices, pertinent regulations, and standards bodies.
  • Build and manage Supplier Questionaries, RFPs, and client FAQ Knowledge Base.
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
  • Create and maintain release documentation such as; user guides, installation guides, administration guides, and software validation documents.
  • Manage monthly data gathering for Quality Objective/Metrics Datasheet and Risk Register.
  • Provide security awareness training across the organization.
  • Participate in various Compliance Training and Seminars.

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in the field of Information Security, Compliance, and/or Risk Assessments and/or handling Internal Audits.
  • You have experience with Information Security practices and processes including threat and risk assessments.
  • A keen passion for workflows, processes, tools, and team dynamics and how these impact a company’s ability to scale.
  • You can show a demonstrated ability to understand complex information and communicate effectively in an engaging format.
  • You are experienced in cross-functionally leading escalations and resolutions of risk and compliance issues.
Nice to haves
  • Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Knowledge of computer system validation, Non-conformance, and Corrective actions for software companies.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations such as GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Privacy laws including GDPR; Quebec Bill 25; PIPEDA; CCPA; CPRA, etc.
  • A valid Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor and/or certifications.

Quebec candidates must be fluent in English and French. As an international company with clients, employees, and contractors located around the world, English is required to work with GlobalVision’s internal and external stakeholders.

En tant que spécialiste des systèmes de qualité chez GlobalVision, vous ferez partie intégrante du maintien de la qualité et de la sécurité de notre organisation. Le quotidien
  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir l'outil de gestion des audits et de préparation à la conformité.
  • Affiner et maintenir les politiques, normes et autres documents techniques relatifs à la qualité, à la sécurité de l'information et à la confidentialité des données en tenant compte des meilleures pratiques du secteur, des réglementations pertinentes et des organismes de normalisation.
  • Construire et gérer les questionnaires des fournisseurs, les appels d'offres et la base de connaissances des FAQ des clients.
  • Travailler avec les équipes internes pour obtenir une compréhension approfondie du produit et des exigences en matière de documentation.
  • Créer et tenir à jour la documentation relative aux versions telles que les guides d'utilisation, les guides d'installation, les guides d'administration et les documents de validation des logiciels.
  • Gérer la collecte de données mensuelles pour la feuille de données des objectifs et mesures de qualité et le registre des risques.
  • Fournir une formation de sensibilisation à la sécurité dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.
  • Participer à divers séminaires et formations sur la conformité.

  • Connaissance de la validation des systèmes informatiques, de la non-conformité et des actions correctives pour les entreprises de logiciels.
