Overview: We are looking for a meticulous QA (Quality Assurance) Dev Engineer with expertise in C# and Test Infrastructure. As a QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of our software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, automate testing processes, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our products.Responsibilities:Test Planning and Strategy:Work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to define test objectives, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of all functionalities.Test Automation and Tooling:Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using C# and relevant technologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous testing and delivery of high-quality software solutions.Utilize test infrastructure and tools to simulate real-world scenarios and validate end-to-end workflows in title insurance applications.Execution and Reporting:Execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across various platforms and environments.Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues in alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.Generate comprehensive test reports, metrics, and documentation to communicate test findings, quality insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.Process Improvement and Best Practices:Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs.Mentor and guide junior QA team members on testing techniques, domain-specific knowledge, and effective collaboration within the title insurance domain.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.Proficiency in C# programming language.Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and tools.Familiarity with test infrastructure, data validation, and testing methodologies specific to title insurance applications.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.About Brickred Systems:Brickred Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
