Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Fleet Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of Trican's fleet, equipment maintenance, and parts supply chain. This position will make decisions regarding troubleshooting problems, safety procedures, and any spend including repairs and maintenance associated with the fleet. There will be direct supervision of the current Maintenance Coordinator, Iron Manager, and Fleet Analysts.



Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained to Trican's mechanical and appearance standards.
Ensure all necessary unit information and documentation is maintained according to Company and National Safety Code requirements.
Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety Code, ESG, all client policies and regulations.
Oversee the use and spend with third-party maintenance and parts suppliers.
Ensure the appropriate personnel, training, equipment, technical expertise, safeguards, and inventories are in place to operate in a safe and efficient manner with support from local Base Managers.
Advise senior management on a regular basis on department updates and what could impact the Operations world. Oversee International shipments and cross border requirements.
Supply Chain Diploma or related discipline would be an asset
