5+ years of experience as an Associate Lawyer in Corporate, Estate, and Tax Planning.
~ Expertise in corporate law (incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, corporate reorganizations, share purchase agreements)
~ Proficiency with MS Office, document management software, legal accounting tools (e.Soluno or PC Law).
~ Experience or exposure to tax law and/or charities and non-profit law
~ Managing tax-driven transactions like corporate reorganizations, estate freezes, and rollovers
Preparing commercial contracts, including shareholder, loan, management, and distribution agreements
Advising on trusts and estates, including family trusts, estate planning via wills
