AdvoTek Recruitment is sourcing an RPA Developer/Process Designer for a full-time contract role to join our trusted clients' ongoing RPA rollout. The client, a financial services firm located in midtown Toronto, has a solid history of continued customer success and increased technology innovation within finance, Investment, and Insurance.

The initial 6-month contract requires 2 days onsite (Wed and Thursday) in mid-town Toronto off the DVP and is not easily accessible by public transport, so please keep this in mind

The RPA Developer/Process Designer will work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • The Process Designer is responsible for understanding the current process
  • Evaluate the fitment for an RPA process automation
  • Actively involved and responsible for the tasks around the design and development of the RPA component, support testing, implementation in production, and support for the production incidents
  • Using the RPA tooling, design and develop the automation bot/system
  • Monitors and supports any changes after implementation and ensures the required results are being achieved

Skills Required:

  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (pivotal for this role)
  • Experience with one or more RPA technologies - UI Path is a must-have and OCR experience
  • At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
  • Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes
  • Should be able to prioritize and manage multiple enhancements
