- Operate switches and other necessary track tools
- Communicate equipment movement with signals and radios
- Manage railcar connections and braking systems
- Assist in daily switching and locomotive tasks
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols on-site
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Dependability in daily transportation required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills essential
- Ability to manage equipment up to 50 lbs in weight
