PAY: ($65K-$80K 1st year average, $80K-$175K+ 2nd year average)

HOURS PER WEEK: 1099 - Full Time, 40+ Hours Per Week

NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 3

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF COMPANY:

EDUCATION: High School Education Required

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: The following are minimum requirements:

• ½-1 year of Sales experience and training a plus

• Proven track record for growing personal business

• Ability to maximize sales opportunities and achieve and exceed personal sales goals

• Strong leadership ability

• Strong customer service ability

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reach out and schedule daily appointments with the Leads provided

• Take part in Daily, Weekly, and Monthly meetings with Staff

• Provide unrivaled customer experience by meeting and exceeding our member's expectations for quality, service, and unsurpassed value
