We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient engineer with a background in sales, expertise in high pressure gas pistons, and experience in the hydrogen, carbon capture, and biogas industries. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our products and services.This position reports to the Business Development Specialist-High Pressure and Gas Generators and is based in Ontario.The main activities you’ll take care ofMaximizing the sales of all available Oil-Free Air products to our current and new customers through consistent sale prospecting activities focused towards your assigned marketEnsuring that related sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation while giving due attention to highest price realizationIncreasing market share in your assigned territory through an efficient sales process and increased market coverageEnsuring proper & professional follow-up of customers and prospects and coordination with distributors operating within your assigned territoryGathering information about the market potential, competitor’s activities, new applications and constantly reporting these to the immediate managerEnsuring an up-to-date knowledge of products by attending product trainings or using the internal Learning DatabaseEnsuring all calls, visits, quotes and other required prospecting details are recorded in internal CRM platform on a frequent basisPromoting, respecting and committing to Atlas Copco’s company rules and policiesWhat you can expect from usBase salary + commission + 10% annual performance bonusCompany vehicle + fuel and maintenance card or monthly car allowance + fuel cardCompany Paid Health Care, Dental, Life & Disability plan, with 24/7 Virtual Medical ConsultationsTravel Insurance100% Company Matching Pension Plan starting at 4.5% contribution rate3-weeks starting paid vacation and 5 flex days per yearSummer Friday schedule from end of May to end of August$600 subsidy towards physical wellness materials, at-home equipment, fitness memberships, etc.35-hour work week with flexible working hours and work-from-home flexibility$60 per month of internet reimbursementTotal tuition reimbursement for courses related to employmentAnd much more…What will help you succeed in your new roleYour bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), or equivalent technical experienceYour minimum of 3 years of experience in the hydrogen, carbon capture and biogas industryYour strong technical and problem-solving skillsYour excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
