Our client is a respected multi-office law firm known as a leader in delivering value-driven, successful outcomes in complex litigation disputes. On their behalf, we seek an HR and Operations Director to oversee the Vancouver office.
As the ideal candidate for this role, you are a well-experienced, enthusiastic, and results-oriented leader with a high degree of integrity, warm and motivational management style, and proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and terminations
Providing guidance on day-to-day HR issues
Conducting performance and compensation reviews
Developing and maintaining policies and procedures
Managing employee relations
Overseeing operations and firm planning matters such as office arrangements, and staff workload and absences
Attending to facilities needs such as managing vendors, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and liaising with incumbents to resolve premise issues and address concerns

5+ years of management experience within a Canadian law firm
~ Robust experience leading various HR functions
~ Proven ability to influence, drive, and manage change to meet business goals
